Felix Garard: Ack! *splat*
Mar 1, 2022 20:59:39 GMT -6
Ashleigh Garard: *tickles Felix* Where were you?
Mar 1, 2022 21:05:14 GMT -6
Felix Garard: *laughs and tries to wriggle free* Making out with Jenna
Mar 2, 2022 11:19:29 GMT -6
Ashleigh Garard: *hmmph* Must be nice, Gramps Dudley keeps breaking me and Micah up
Mar 2, 2022 12:31:17 GMT -6
Felix Garard: Why don't you find a hidden spot to make out then? I mean, there's lots of hidden places around, right?
Mar 2, 2022 12:45:02 GMT -6
Ashleigh Garard: We tried he keeps sniffing Micah out to show him something or talk to him. I think he's doing the same to Micah's brothers.
Mar 2, 2022 12:46:27 GMT -6
Felix Garard: *clears throat trying not to laugh* I don't know how to help you with that one.
Mar 2, 2022 19:31:09 GMT -6
Ashleigh Garard: *Ashleigh sighed flopping back on whatever they are sitting on or whatever* Sure go ahead and laugh it up!
Mar 2, 2022 20:09:23 GMT -6
Felix Garard: What? You would be laughing at me if I was in your shoes! *flops back and throws an arm around her shoulders*
Mar 2, 2022 20:11:24 GMT -6
Ashleigh Garard: probably so, but I'm bored now.
Mar 2, 2022 20:21:43 GMT -6
Felix Garard: Want to go check out the horses?
Mar 2, 2022 20:22:57 GMT -6
Ashleigh Garard: Why not? Uncle Jay had them brought out yesterday. Hey where do you suppose dad and uncles and their cousins have been sneaking off to?
Mar 2, 2022 21:43:20 GMT -6
Felix Garard: *shrugs* I dunno. We can try to follow them too, I guess.
Mar 3, 2022 13:51:00 GMT -6
Ashleigh Garard: *smirks* Now I like that train of thought. We can work on our sniffing techniques and follow them. Or just follow their truck tracks in the snow
Mar 3, 2022 14:13:24 GMT -6
Felix Garard: *snorts* Yeah, I would just follow the tracks. They make it too easy by doing it in the snow.
Mar 3, 2022 14:25:53 GMT -6
Ashleigh Garard: *jumps up* Let's go then!
Mar 3, 2022 14:36:57 GMT -6
Felix Garard: *jumps up as well and grabs Ash's hand and runs towards the door*

Ally looked up at the sky when he mentioned the storm and thought about his offer briefly. She didn't feel the need to fight her head anymore with him and began trusting her gut, her ability to be drawn somewhere, and then nodded but teased, "You have a place when you were not planning to stay?" She smirked at him before saying, "If we don't want to catch our death in this oncoming storm, perhaps we should hurry." She smirked at the irony and silliness of the two vampires catching their death when they were already dead to begin with.
"I'd just rather not have to deal with dirty motel rooms and poor service." Charles replied lightly as he smirked some at her teasing, before nodding hearing what she said, chuckling at her sense of humour. "Very well, then, Ally." He murmured smoothly as he placed his large hand against the expanse of her lower back, gently pushing her in the direction of the place he was renting for his stay here in Dark Haven. "Perhaps," He leaned down, his lips brushing near the shell of her ear, "you can give me a good reason to stay?" He asked her lowly, taking in her heady scent once more as he closed his eyes for a moment and slowly leaned away. His gums were aching with something completely different to blood lust as something primal was trying to break out of him. He cut off his ability for his emotional empathy to try and at least alleviate the tensions that he was feeling within himself and those around him. His thumb gently rubbed against the dimple of her lower back through her shirt, needing to have some sort of physical contact with her. This was rather unusual for him; maybe it was because it had been so long since he had been in the company of a female vampire. Something was telling him it was more than that though, much more.

Ally let him lead her, the vampires, or really any male for that matter, were different than what she was used to with her husband. Men then, especially the Kiowa braves, loved their woman, but didn't show it like the ones today showed. Charles was there when she was turned so he was from around the same time that she was, if not sooner, but he seemed to fall right into the male roll when it came to escorting a woman and that she had never experienced, only experienced the way her husband treated her in this manner. Her walls were crumbling and aching to let him in but she felt everything go away except a rush of calm overcome her. She looked at him and said, "If I am not mistaken, you have a way with the mood around us."
Charles could sense her distressed emotions as he gently soothed her, not wanting her to be uncomfortable with him. Another thing that was knew to him; caring how other felt as they were around him. He glanced down to her then as the wind picked up more, but wasn't affect as he knew she would not be. He moved though, grabbing his jacket and throwing it off of his shoulders and onto her own, wrapping it around her as he wrapped his arms around her as well, leading her through the gusting wind towards the small apartment he had rented. He guided her on up the stairs then before smiling hearing her as he nodded. "That I do, it's my ability. What about you?" He asked lightly as he opened the door leading into his apartment and gently pushed her in as well, following in behind her and closing and locking the door. "Go on and make yourself at home, Ally." He murmured, nodding towards the plush couch sitting before the grand fireplace.

Ally looked at him wanting to know exactly how much he could control around them. Surely it didn't apply to her feelings of want for him. At least she hoped it didn't, but then again her own ability was drawing her to him now and that she definitely trusted. "I have stayed away from Julius for so long because of my ability. I guess you can say that my gut feeling is my best friend. It draws me to places and tells me when I shouldn't be somewhere." She walked up the stairs with him, smiling about how he gave her his jacket when she didn't even need one to begin with. She walked in the apartment and smiled at the warmth against her cold skin. "I just may have to convince you to stay." She sat down on the plush couch after handing him his coat back and taking her own off and holding on to it and laid it in her lap.
Charles tilted his head slightly hearing her then, humming a bit in thought as she told him of her ability. "That's rather interesting, and helpful I imagine." He replied as he went over to her, gently taking the coats for her and tossing them over the other chair in the room. He winked at her playfully then after hearing she would convince him to stay. "Well, I guess you better get to convincing, Ally." He murmured lightly as he moved around her then to the cabinet, getting out some human blood he poured them each a wine glass full. He put the blood back, grabbing the glasses and taking them over to the couch, sitting down sideways so he faced her and holding the glass out for her to take. "It's fresh." He smirked some then as he waited for her to take the glass. He wondered if she drank human blood at all, and he figured this way he'd find out.

Ally turned to face him when he came to sit next to her and took the glass but set it on the coffee table instead of drinking any of it. She wasn't breathing so she didn't inhale the strong scent because she wasn't sure if she could resist with it being so close to her. She swallowed once and quickly counted to three before saying, "I'll be fine." She said and watched him hoping he didn't exactly drink the blood in front of her but knew he probably would. She didn't want to exactly change his ways but knew it would be hard if he was solely surviving on human blood. She took his glass before he could drink any and set it down as well before leaning into him and saying, "Perhaps this will convince you to start with?" She was bold and kissed him then, forcing him back as she moved to be over him.
Charles tilted his head as he could tell she was feeling strained once the human blood was so close to her. It was obvious to him then that she truly stuck to a completely animal diet. That wouldn't do her much good if Julius were to every find her, but then again, with the wave of protectiveness he was feeling he'd not let Julius within a thousand mile radius of her if he could help it. He watched her set her glass to the side, before tilting his head some as she took his glass and set it to the side as well. He smirked hearing what she said, chuckling some when she forced him on his back. He could easily overpower her, especially since he drank human blood, but he allowed her to take control. He kissed her back as he slowly dragged the backs of his fingers along her cheek and down her neck, allowing his hand to cup the smooth column of skin once his hand rested there and brought her in closer. His other hand moved to her hip, squeezing it softly as he kissed her slowly, but deeply, savouring the feeling her plump lips moving with his own. She tasted divine.

Ally wasn't normally forward like this, but she was drawn to him strongly and didn't want the feeling to go away. She wanted him to stay and not leave without her at least but she didn't want to leave either. There was a reason other than him, she could feel that, to stay here and she had to find that out. She continued to kiss him, savoring the taste of him in her mouth. She slowly pulled back though and said with a smirk, "Any feelings of staying yet?"
Charles moaned softly into the kiss as his fingers gripping her hip slowly released it, trailing gently up her side and up into her silky hair, gripping it lightly with his fingers. She was intoxicating, and now he had a taste he knew he'd be forever addicted to her. He nipped lightly at her lower lip, attempting to take control of the kiss but she pulled away, leaving him wanting. "Tons of feelings," He murmured huskily as he smirked wickedly at her, "all of which are screaming at me to stay." He admitted before slowly sitting up, causing her to straddle his lap as his fingers lightly brushed her hair back from her face, his other hand remaining on her neck as his thumb gently caressed her jawline. He reached over one his fingers fell from her hair then, keeping eye contact as he grabbed his wine glass, taking a sip of the blood before offering the same glass to her. "I can tell you thirst, drink, Ally." He whispered softly as he watched her intently.

Ally smirked at his reply to her and when he drank the human blood she kept her composure and then when he offered a drink again she shook her head and said, "I'm fine." Then she sat back on the couch before she began kissing him again, afraid of tasting the human blood that most likely left a trail in his mouth. "Tell me more about how you found yourself here of all places." She wanted to know everything about him and wanted to tell him everything about herself. She watched him as he was still holding the wine glass of blood.
Charles tilted his head slightly then when she backed off completely, going from hot to cold in an instant in a sense as she did. He instantly missed the weight of her body in his lap, and the way her scent had surrounded him as he took another sip from his glass before setting it down. He smirked some hearing her question as he shrugged his shoulders slightly, shifting over towards her on the couch. "I'm a drifter, I...drifted here." He answered lowly as he shifted in closer, his fingers moving along her neck and down, before cupping the back of her head and pulling her in, kissing her slowly and deeply. He wondered how she would react with the taste of blood on his lips, would she deepen the kiss more, taste his mouth completely, or would she pull away as she had before when being offered the wine glass? What was more of an interest to him was finding out why she allowed herself to live off of such a meagre diet. Perhaps she couldn't control her blood lust? Perhaps she didn't know how to?

Ally wanted to kiss him and when he kissed her, she kissed him for a moment before turning her head away as she tasted the blood on his lips, in his mouth. She gently pushed him away, feeling like she wasn't in any danger, at least not yet. "I'm sorry," she murmured. She was sorry, but then she wasn't completely sorry for pulling away again. "I can't do that when I taste the blood. I don't want to be any more of a monster than I already am." She looked at him then, wanting more of him, all of him, but not sure she could unless she couldn't taste any human blood on him.
Charles moaned softly when she kissed him back, thinking he had won, that she had given in, only to sigh softly when she pulled away, turning her head from him. He moved his lips to her jaw and neck then, sucking and kissing the skin softly so she knew he wasn't going to reject her for turning away from him like that. He leaned back, tilting his head slightly then as he heard her, his brows furrowing some as he did. "For one thing don't be sorry." He told her firmly as he cupped her cheek, getting her to face him. "And for another thing, we aren't monsters. Humans eat animals, do they not? Hell, some humans eat other humans. What makes them any less monstrous than us?" He asked her as his thumb gently stroked her cheek. "Nothing as beautiful as you could ever be worthy of such a hideous word." He murmured as he leaned his forehead against her own. "You need only develop your control, Ally, feeding from humans does not mean killing them so long as the blood lust can be controlled." And Charles was a master of control, though Ally, he felt, might test his famous control.

Ally looked at him before saying, "I rather take in consideration that I don't want or feel the urge to compel a human just to keep our secret. You don't find it cruel to use a human for only one thing?" She looked him in the eye before continuing, "That's as if the witches were to make us their pets instead of the werewolves. Using us as protection and treating us worse than they already do." She placed her hand on his hand that was on his cheek. "And if you are so great at control, then perhaps you could learn a bit from me."
